On behalf of the entire staff, I would like to welcome you to the Liberty Union High School website. We would like to take this opportunity to share information with you about our school. At Liberty Union – Thurston Schools, our mission is, Empowing All Students to Maximize Their Talents! We strive every day to fulfill our mission for every individual. Specifically, at LUHS, we are focusing on growth, from the individual level to the entire organization through PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In Daily Excellence).

Students graduating from Liberty Union High School are educated to be competitive in a community that demands our students be better prepared tomorrow than they are today. Our staff is committed to providing our students the best education by utilizing innovative instructional methods in a collaborative environment. We expect our students to take advantage of their educational opportunities to insure that they have the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
 

Liberty Union High School believes extracurricular activities play a vital role in overall student success. LUHS is proud of its excellent extracurricular programs, including a wide range of sports and clubs.

 

At LUHS, we believe communication is the key to a successful educational experience. Together, we will continue to improve the quality of our school community and provide the best for the students of Liberty Union High School. Education is a partnership between the school, students, parents/guardians, and community. All students are more successful when we work as a team to achieve educational goals.
