Summary of paper and cardboard delivered to Ohio Paper Board.  The first hopper to the mill was delivered on June 30, 1995.
  • 3 Tons of recycled paper = 1 ton of trees
  • 1 ton of recycled paper =
    • 17 trees
    • 7,000 gallons of water
    • 2 barrels of oil
    • 4,200 kilowatts of electricity (enough to power the avg. household for 6 months.)
    • 60 pounds of air pollution
    • 3 cubic yards of landfill space
