A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 16, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at the Liberty Union High School, 500 West Washington Street, Baltimore, Ohio 43105.

All shipping costs to be paid by the contractor. A plan deposit of $50 per each set of documents is required. DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.

There was great anticipation for the opening of construction bids for the high school
renovation project. Sealed bids were scheduled to be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2nd, with the bid opening immediately following. Bids were accepted for general trades, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and HVAC. The final details of the middle school construction bids are underway, with acceptance of bids to be scheduled for the first part of November.
