Hello families!Today I am going to show you how to check your child’s i-Ready progress and ensure they are completing their required assignments for the week. i-Ready is a personalized instructional tool for reading and math in grades kindergarten through 8th-grade. For most students, the weekly expectation is to complete 45-60 minutes of i-Ready instruction and pass two lessons for each subject; please verify these expectations with your child’s teacher if he/she has not already communicated these weekly expectations with you and your child.
Here are the steps to follow to check your child’s weekly i-Ready progress:
Choose either Reading or Math.
At the bottom, click on “My Progress” to view your child’s weekly minutes completed.
Under the “Math Lesson Stats” section, click on the “Completed Work” button to view and verify that your child has passed two lessons this week. Passed lessons are in GREEN and unpassed lessons are in RED; be sure to verify the date of completion.
Once finished, check the other subject by clicking either Reading or Math in the top left area of the i-Ready screen.
