May 8 - Last Day of Classes
May 9 - Virtual Prom King/Queen Announcement (evening)
May 12- Class Meeting 11:00 am / Class of 2020 Pick-up/Drop Off Form Sent via email
May 13 - All Make Up Work Due
May 14 - Grades Due (12:00 pm) / Administration Verify
May 15 - Senior Drop-Off / Senior Pick-Up (See Details Below)
May 16 - Release Virtual Awards Ceremony by 5:00 pm (Website / Youtube / Email)
May 17 - All Seniors are considered graduates
May 18 - All Graduation Video Speeches/Recordings Due by 12:00 pm
May 23 - Release Virtual Graduation by 5:00 pm (Website / Youtube / Email)

Pick-up / Drop-off Details
LAST NAME STARTS TIME
A - D 11:00 am - 11:30 am
E - L 11:30 am - 12:00 pm
M - R 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm
S - Z 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
MAKE - UP 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Students enter the east parking lot by the fire house at the designated time
Administrator checks off the student brought ALL DROP OFF ITEMS from form (sent to student)
If NO, student returns home to gather items and returns at 1:00 pm
If YES, student proceeds to north parking lot
If you do not pay your FEES, there will be no DIPLOMA or FINAL TRANSCRIPT
Student will exit the vehicle and place items into appropriate bins
Staff will check off items placed into bin on “Drop-off Form”
After all drop-off items are collected, staff will radio the pick-up zone of student
Student will drive on path between baseball and gym
Student will exit the car by the Ag Shop and be directed to the “Pick-Up Table”
Student will gather their cap/gown/diploma/cords/awards/etc
Student will exit the lot west lot onto Brown St.

Other Recognitions
Once receiving cap/gown, the student will submit a vertical headshot for the composite.
2020 Students create a senior video / slide show at the Class of 2020 meeting.
