Middle School Dance
The 2016 LUMS Winter Wonderland Snow Ball will be held on February 26 from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m in the middle school cefeteria. Admission is $5.00 at the door. Students may choose formal or casual dress.
2016 Spelling Bee
On Friday, January 29, 16 middle school students competed in the annual Liberty Union Middle School Spelling Bee. These students worked very hard all school year to prepare, and it certainly showed in the exciting competition! Reagan Farmer, grade 7, defended her title as reigning school champion, defeating school runner-up Denver Kosch in round 16 (winning word: adhesion). Reagan will represent LUMS at the county bee on March 19 at Crossroads in Lancaster.
LUMS Yearbook Presale
The LUMS yearbook presale will take place from January 26 - February 19. Yearbooks will cost $20.00 each. Order-forms can be found in the middle-school office, and should be returned to Mrs. Steffen.
Winter Parent-Teacher Conferences
