The Liberty Union-Thurston Board of Education promotes the use of the Land Lab for educational purposes for students. A School Board Land Lab Committee is tasked with intentional planning regarding the facilities, curriculum, and maintenance of the area. The Committee acts as an advisory board to evaluate progress on this plan and suggest ideas for future use. The goal of the Master Plan is to outline a five year plan for the land laboratory.
