High School Daily Attendance Check

Complete the appropriate attendance form below. If you are a hybrid student, this must be done daily on the days you do not report to LUHS. If you are a remote student, this must be done daily all five days each week. Attendance for all students must be completed by 2:15 p.m. each day as the spreadsheets collecting the data will be deleted after this time.
