We know that it can be a challenge to get your child in to see the dentist due to everyday demands and schedule conflicts. That’s why we are happy to offer a program that brings the dentist and dental assistants to our school to provide preventative care and treatment during the school day. The Mobile Dentist can provide several services including exams, x-rays, cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments. In addition to these services, they are also now able to provide minor restorative procedures such as fillings and extractions of problem baby teeth.
Medicaid and CHIP are accepted as well as private insurance which almost always pays for 100% of treatment. In addition, the program offers a highly discounted self-pay option. For those without insurance or the means to pay, there is a grant program option. NO CHILD IS TURNED AWAY DUE TO AN INABILITY TO PAY.
If you are interested in having your child see the Mobile Dentist, look out for the permission forms that will be sent home the week of October 27th. Extra forms will be available in the school office. Parents can also sign-up online by going to: https://www.myschooldentist.com/LULUOH_schsrm

Thank you and have a great week!
