GRADING (K-4)
Liberty Union Elementary uses a variety of assessments as tools for evaluating students' strengths, weaknesses, and academic progress. In addition to formal evaluation tools, classroom teachers use observations, project work, writing samples, checklists, and periodic paper and pencil tests to assess children's knowledge and skills. The data gathered from ongoing formal and informal assessments provide the evidence for marks on the elementary report card.
